Billy Grace, a fast-growing AI start-up based in Amsterdam, was founded in 2022 by three visionary marketers. Recognizing that marketers spend 80% of their time on flawed data analysis, Billy Grace bridges the gap between ad optimization and creativity. By leveraging AI, they streamline data tasks, enhancing efficiency and freeing up time for strategy and creativity. Committed to reintegrating these elements into marketing, Billy Grace aims to deliver the world’s leading AI-powered operating system for digital marketers.

The Challenge

Billy Grace, a rapidly scaling company, outgrew their previous website, which no longer reflected their innovative spirit. The brand identity needed a complete overhaul to align with their scale-up status and the advanced, technical nature of AI. Our task was to create a brand that exuded the essence of a cutting-edge AI company, with an international appeal to rival their competitors.The new website had to clearly communicate complex concepts, a challenge we tackled by incorporating detailed illustrations. These visual elements not only explained intricate subjects but also added a dynamic, engaging layer to the user experience.

Crafting a technologically advanced Brand identity

The previous brand lacked the technical feel crucial for an AI-focused company. In rebranding, we aimed to reintroduce the essence of AI and technical sophistication, ensuring it could compete globally. As a scale-up, it was essential to create something distinctive and fitting for their advanced tool. We chose dotted illustrations to symbolize data points, a nod to their data-driven approach. While retaining their signature green color, we opted for brighter, almost neon green shades to convey innovation and a forward-thinking attitude. This combination resulted in a brand that was both cutting-edge and true to their roots.

During our workshop sessions, we focused on distinguishing Billy Grace from other clients. Redefining Website Structure for Optimal User Flow and Lead Generation

The redesign focused on restructuring the website to highlight Billy Grace’s four unique selling points: First-party data, Attribution, Analytics, and Optimizations in one platform. Given the product’s complexity, we used simple, explanatory illustrations throughout the site to demystify their offerings. This approach successfully clarified their product’s functionality. Additionally, we prioritized lead generation, seamlessly integrating call-to-actions encouraging visitors to request demos. The new structure, informed by a detailed sitemap, wireframes, and a refined user flow, ensured a streamlined customer journey, making it easier for potential clients to engage with Billy Grace.
